Snow fun with the fam

Last night the snow came down in bucket loads. We already had a couple of inches on the ground, and then, a few more inches came down last night. It was the really nice fluffy snow...great for sledding down hills. About a month ago, Shawn bought a couple of snow tubes for us to use, and we finally broke them in last night. There was one small one and then another that was a double seater. We all bundled up and hiked up the street a ways to the bigger hill. We had so much fun sledding down the hill. Joshua took a few turns with me and Shawn, and laughed once he reached the bottom of the hill. Haleigh and Caleb got brave and went on their own mostly. Finally, once we were thoroughly frozen, we went inside and warmed up by the fire, ate pizza and played Uno on a blanket in the floor. Oh, and of course, the night would not be complete without a little hot chocolate and marshmallows! I love cozy family nights :)
